As a rule, this situation occurs if you already have an account Account ID that you previously created and activated. Therefore, try logging into your personal account by going to the
Account-ID page, and select the
Sign in to Account command. If you forgot your password, first try to find the activation email by typing in the Eternity Pictures search box. If the password is found, log in to your account, click on the avatar to see all available accesses; in case of successful payment earlier, access to the paid functionality or service will be displayed there.
If you can't find the password, try to go through the account recovery procedure using
the link (Select a mode "EN"). In case it didn't help, write to us in support via the
general form.
